As a department in the information service industry,Shimpo Information Systems Co., Ltd.(Hereinafter referred to as the "Company") fully realizes the important of personal information protection.Therefore,in order to reasonably and safely protect important personal information of customers and working personnel,the Company hereby formulates the Personal Information Protection Policy which will deemed as the code of conduct for employees and our company will firmly carry out.

• With abiding by laws,rules and other relevant regulations on protection of personal information of customers and employees as well as Japanese Industrial Standard Personal Information Protection and Operation System,Requirements (JIS Q 15001) as the benchmark,our company formulates the Personal Information Protection and Operation System,continually improves the organizational system and make concerted efforts to protect the security of personal information.
• When collecting personal information,our company will first confirm whether the purposes of use can be publicized to the public.Under the prerequisite of obtaining the consent of the principal,our company will make reasonable use within the appropriate scope and take active prevention measures to prevent improper use.
  When the purposes of information use can be provided and publicized to the third party

  (1)	Used for completing the information processing service business entrusted by the customers.
  (2)	Used for fulfilling transactional activities such as the contract with the customers and consultations.
  (3)	Used for providing information services to the customers.
  (4)	Used for managing information required for handling the working relations with the employees,paying salaries,handling social insurance procedures,health management,and relevant procedures stipulated by laws and regulations,dispatch and management of other employment relations.
  (5)	Strictly manage personal information,and shall not provide or publicize to the third party in principle.

• While doing business relevant to information processing,our company may use the personal information of the client.
• While entrusting personal information processing to external subjects,our company will choose subjects which can abide by our company's regulations and take necessary protection measures in various forms such as the contract.
• Our company maintains the personal information correct and up-to-date,and as for risks such as the improper visit,loss,damage,falsification and leakage of personal information,our company will take reasonable security and correction measures.
